Hello. I hope you’ve had a great week.
This past week has been super busy! I’ve been applying for jobs, prepping for NaNoWriMo, and moving (not to Florida). I also had fun dressing up for Halloween. Sadly, there weren’t very many trick or treaters. How was your Halloween? Are you doing NaNoWriMo?
Some of the things I’ve learned this past week are:
- We have WAYYYY too much stuff
- This is a great article for finding free writing tools (I’m currently loving Coggle)
- Learning to build a cot (the kind that’s high enough to fit a desk under) would be a useful skill for fitting into small rooms
- Your brain reacts to a good story as if you were living it (check out the article by Vanessa Van Edwards on this here)
I’m thrilled to announce (I almost forgot!) that the award list for graduates just came out and I was Valedictorian and I received the Advanced Achievement award and 5 course director awards. All that studying and hard work paid off. I had so much fun and learned so much in school and now, I’m excited to be learning so much and having tons of fun out of school.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you have a great week! Happy November!
Sincerely,
Mulan Lau
