I stopped by Kusshi in DC for lunch one day. I got the miso ramen and the nigiri tamago. Both were amazing! The noodles were firm without being hard or chewy and the broth was super flavorful. The tamago was fresh without tasting overly eggy. I also got a complimentary chef’s plate of I think seared pork belly which was surprisingly delicious as I don’t usually care much for it. It melted in my mouth and was super soft and full of flavor. The staff were also super friendly and my food arrived fairly quickly. I would definitely eat there again.
