Hello, I hope you’ve had a great week.
Yesterday marked the end of my project and portfolio 6 class and the beginning of my next class, Integrated Product Development (IPV). IPV will be one of my last classes before graduation and I’ll be working on my final project, a complex app that, by the end of the class, will be ready for deployment in one or more app stores.
This past week, I wrapped up the app for my last course by adding login functionality and making all the necessary fixes, I had a wonderful virtual game night with friends, and I finished an amazing course on Blender 2.83. I also had the opportunity to speak with a remarkable Full Sail Alum who is currently working for Amazon as a Cloud Tech Analyst.
Some of the things I’ve learned this past week are:
- Firebase Authentication UI makes adding login functionality very straightforward and quick
- Drawing with a mouse is not my strong suit
- Blender 2.83 is amazing and I love all the node editors
- Keep your LinkedIn profile up to date, it’s a valuable tool when job hunting
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you have a great week!
Sincerely,
Mulan Lau
