Hello. I hope you’ve had a great week. It has been an extremely busy start to May for me. This week I attended several online meetings, one involved creating the structure of a new company and another was to learn about a project currently in progress. I also learned about Android and iOS wearables, created a simple iOS watch app and an Android watch face, started working on a logo for a Magic company, and programmed a ton to create the alpha build of my project for this months class, a reading tracker app.
Some of the things I’ve learned this week are:
- The origin of the flower Anemone is very bloody
- Google Forms is the best place to create a poll that requires users to be able to select multiple answers to a question and needs to display images as answer choices
- Creating stop watch functionality is WAY harder than it sounds (on Android at least)
